scp : samll tips ( error : bash: scp: command not found )<\/h3>\n

When I try to copy a file over scp command , I\u2019ve faced the following error.<\/strong><\/strong><\/div>\n

The reason is openssh-clients have not been installed on the remote machine.<\/div>\n
To copy files over scp , openssh-clients needs to be installed on both machines.<\/div>\n
I didn\u2019t know that\u2026<\/div>\n

CentOS6-2 machine has not had openssh-clients for sure.<\/div>\n

CentOS6-1# rpm -qa | grep openssh-client<\/div>\n
openssh-clients-5.3p1-81.el6.x86_64<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n

To solve this , install openssh-clients on CentOS6-2 machine.<\/div>\n
