DCUI is still available.<br \/>\n    Can change default password complexity via API call or advanced setting<br \/>\n    Improved auditing: All actions now list the actual username doing the action vs. just vpxuser<br \/>\n    Support for SQL 2012 AlwaysOn Availability groups within MSCS<br \/>\n    IPV6 Support with MSCS<br \/>\n    vMotion support for MSCS nodes (with pRDMs)<br \/>\n    MSCS supports PVSCSI controllers<br \/>\n    New Support for Intel GPUs \u2013 vmklinux driver<br \/>\n    Expanded NVidia Support<\/p>\n<p>vCenter 6.0 Features<\/p>\n<p>    Parity with Windows and Appliance scalability<br \/>\n    New Platform Services Controller \u2013 Embedded or Centralized model<br \/>\n    Linked Mode \u2013 Feature Parity with Windows and Appliance. Supports policies and tags<br \/>\n    New Certificate Lifecycle Management for vCenter and ESXi<br \/>\n    VMCA -VMware Certificate Authority \u2013 Provisions certificates<br \/>\n    VECS \u2013 Stores certificates<br \/>\n    Certificate options \u2013 VMCA default, VMCA Enterprise, Custom<br \/>\n    Cross  vSwitch vMotion \u2013 vSS to vSS, vSS to vDS, vDS to vDS. Requires L2 network connectivity. Still transparent to Guest.<br \/>\n    Cross vCenter vMotion \u2013 Simultaneously change Compute, storage, network and vCenter. Targeted for local, metro, intra-continental. Tested u pto 150ms latency.<br \/>\n    Long Distance vMotion \u2013 Tested up to 150ms. Supports vVols but not required. Needs 250 Mbps per vMotion. VM UUID not changed. MAC address is also preserved. Shares, limits, and reservations are also maintained.<br \/>\n    Content library \u2013 Simple content management for VM templates, vApps, ISO images and scripts<br \/>\n    vSphere C# client still here \u2013 Added support for HW v10 and v11 read-only<br \/>\n    vSphere web client \u2013 Improved login time (13x), right click 4x faster, charts appear faster<br \/>\n    Get anywhere in the web client in one click<br \/>\n    Brought back recent tasks in the web client<br \/>\n    NIOC \u2013 Reserve bandwidth to guarantee service levels. Applied at vNIC level.<br \/>\n    Multiple TCP\/IP stacks \u2013 vMotion network will cross L3 boundaries<br \/>\n    vMotion can now use its own TCP\/IP stack<\/p>\n<p>Storage<\/p>\n<p>    vSphere Virtual Volumes \u2013 Virtualizes SAN and NAS devices. No more LUNs on block devices.<br \/>\n    VVols enables finer control with VM level storage operations using array-based operations<br \/>\n    VVols Supports block and NFS protocols<br \/>\n    VVols is included with vSphere at all licensing levels<br \/>\n    NFS 4.1 with Kerberos<\/p>\n<p>vSphere 6.0 Fault Tolerance<\/p>\n<p>    Multi-vCPU support \u2013 4 vCPUs<br \/>\n    No longer require EZT disks \u2013 Can use any disk format<br \/>\n    No support for vVOls<br \/>\n    Up to 8 vCPUs protected per host (mix and match VMs)<br \/>\n    Greatly increased FT host compatibility<br \/>\n    Requires a 10Gb network \u2013 Segmented is strongly recommended<br \/>\n    Heavily modified version of xvMotion<br \/>\n    Each VM has its own vmx config file, vmdsk files.
