• gVim loads entire file into memory first.
• SlickEdit
• Emacs (has a low maximum buffer size limit if compiled in 32-bit mode).
• Large Text File Viewer
• PilotEdit (loads entire file into memory first).
• HxD hex editor, but good for large files.

Text editors with 2GB limit: Notepad++, Jujuedit, TextPad
